The company has too many people in management and in top of that they don’t do their jobs. There is regular employees that know much more than some supervisors and some supervisor that know more than a managers. They have 3 human resources for less than 200 associates, they do not help in nothing, they just give you telephone numbers and papers so that every associate take care of their on insurance problems and anything else.
If they fire some one, everybody in the company knows right away reason and circumstances thanks to the professional and educated management, starting for human resources.
If the company want to save some money there is a good spot to start with their cut off, besides if you’re friend or closed friend or human resources personnel you have 90% chance to get hire on right away and maybe a supervisor position await you; meanwhile the other temporary associates have to work 3 months to have a chance to get hire on.
DCW offers personal time, but you can’t used because if you used any way you get points for miss that day of work due to you doctor check up appointment.
An according to human resources investigation, the company have the better pay in all the other warehouses around by far.
If some one hurts, is days are over; they try to get red of that person as soon as possible looking for any excuse, so you better watch your back.
