I quit last week. Former manager. The units are going to hell since maintenance must be a luxury. Mine was only 50% full. Gates break all the time. Some retard the GM/Regional hired jerry-rigs it to work.

Pay sucks. I couldn't hire more ppl so I got stuck at the office all the time. I sleep and surf the net and post payments. Don't live on property since 7 days a week is your job. Security monitors don't work in the office. Just unplug the power. Respect is bad since they are going bankrupt. Units suffer as a result. They only keep the AC working right since they could get sued. Work/Life - 60 hours a week. Sucks. Potential - Nepotism. So, no. Some idiot cousin of the regional manager gets to be district or GM. No job security. They have problems paying vendors. Locations are usually in crime zones. Everyone but the manager on site is a idiot. Work environment - live on property is a nightmare. Don't sign for that.

The outside units are getting old. Doors need lots of replacing. I clean out old units. If you manage one, you will be the janitor, maintenance man/girl, front office, cleaner, lawn man/girl. It was a good experience since you learned how to do everything.

The place I run now is 100% better. I only work 50 hours a week, have staff, get things fixed. I don't work weekends much.

Worst place to work. Company does not care about its employees, no respect. You can be replaced for no reason. Pay is a disgrace. When they get a good worker, they work him to death.

I have never had a job where I was yelled at and belittled infront of my co workers before... I feel like I am coming to work at a garbage dumpster every day...
Just so you know Belittleing is not cool and can not be done, File a claim who ever is doing that is breaking the law.

i have been at the corporate office for 3 years... Trust me i look for a new position daily but there is nothing otu there.... i get worked like a dog and refuse to sleep my way to a higher position or paycheck like others do....
I cry everynight after hearing from the field personel that tell me the horror stories of how they are treated. The sad part is they know here but do not care until it means they might have to pay a claim.
unless you hate yourself do not put yourself in a position with this company..

Not to be an a**, but I have no shame can you tell me who I have to sleep with to get to the top, casue I will do it!!! All I have here are male workers and well Im a guy so are there any female higher ups that give a hand out for being on their backs?

Listen everyone complains about this job, is it the best..... lol hell no; so get out there and find a new one. They keep fuking us to get to the top so why shouldnt we do the same??

MY family owns this company and I get treated like crap... I could only imagine how all the other employees feel...

the last person could not have said it any better... they treat us like dogs and kick you when your down.

PAY IS A JOKE FOR WHAT THEY EXPECT YOU TO DO.... THEY WANT TO BE TREATED LIKES KINGS BUT TREAT THE EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP.....THE ONLY BENEFIT IS YOU GET A PAYCHECK.....EVERYONE KNOWS THEIR JOB IS DAY TO DAY....THEY WANT YOU TO GET A DIVORSE SO YOU CAN DEVOTE 100% OF YOURSELF TO THEM....NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT....LOCATIONS ARE IN THE WORST PARTS OF TOWN AND THE MOST RUN DOWN BUILDINGS IN THE AREA.....CO-WORKERS SUCK...AND THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS NOT GOOD EITHER...

take everything you have read about this company and multiply it by 10...

This place sucks....they care about one thing and one thing only...money....not what we as employees get but how much they can stuff in their pockets by not paying out bonus money earned, not fixing up these run down shack properties, and by ripping off the poor suckers that are stupid enough to rent from us.
